Recommended. A proper installer — Start Menu shortcut, clean uninstall from Settings → Apps, no admin rights needed. Tiny (~700KB) because it uses the .NET runtime already on your machine; if you don't have it, WinSync will prompt you to grab it on first launch.
Portable. One self-contained file (~70MB) with the .NET runtime bundled in. Nothing to install, nothing to uninstall — just delete the file when you're done with it.
